Honey FAQ

Find the most frequently asked questions about our honey.
    • Pure Honey: This is honey in its natural state, just as the bees made it. Our pure varieties (like Wildflower or Orange Blossom) let you taste the unique nectar of the flowers the bees visited.
    • Infused Honey: This is our pure honey that we've gently infused with natural ingredients such as fruits, spices, mushrooms, chili peppers or herbs. It’s a fantastic way to add a unique taste to your beverages and dishes.

  • No, it's actually a good sign! Crystallization is a completely natural process that happens to pure, raw honey. It proves your honey is 100% real and hasn't been over-processed. It is not spoiled.

  • It's easy! Just place your jar or bear in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes and stir gently until the crystals dissolve. We don't recommend microwaving, as high heat can damage the honey's delicate flavors and beneficial properties.

  • Keep your honey in a cool, dry place at room temperature, like your pantry or a kitchen cabinet. There's no need to refrigerate it; in fact, refrigeration can make it crystallize faster! Just make sure the lid is on tight.

  • Yes! We believe in honey at its best. Our honey is raw and unpasteurized, meaning it's only lightly strained to remove hive debris. This keeps all the natural goodness, like pollen and beneficial enzymes, right in your jar.

  • No. You should NEVER give honey, raw or pasteurized, to a child under one year of age. Their digestive systems are not yet mature enough to handle naturally occurring spores that can be present in honey.
